PANews 9月9日消息，据俄罗斯塔斯社报道，俄罗斯国家杜马金融市场委员会主席 Anatoly Aksakov 表示，俄罗斯立法者正在考虑把加密挖矿界定为一种创业活动，有必要将其纳入国家登记册，根据适当的法规进行监管，并对其征税。Anatoly Aksakov还指出，有必要明确界定央行数字货币与一般加密货币的界限，从而明确加密货币概念和监管规定。
