PANews 1月31日消息，据杭州电子科技大学官方公众号消息，该校拟邀请海外青年才俊依托杭州电子科技大学申报国家自然科学基金优秀青年科学基金项目（海外），其中网络空间安全学院的研究领域包含密码安全、区块链技术、数字货币、公钥密码算法等。杭州电子科技大学承诺将提供不低于80万元的年薪，提供300万元的购房补助或120平米左右的人才住房等福利。
