PANews 2月7日消息，为解放维基解密创始人朱利安·阿桑奇而战的加密朋克团体AssangeDAO已通过JuiceBox平台筹集超过12000枚ETH，现已达到12462枚ETH，超过了ConstitutionDAO（People）筹集的11613枚ETH。AssangeDAO 的收益将用于支持维基解密创始人朱利安·阿桑奇的法律费用并向公众宣传此事。

据悉，AssangeDAO 致力于恢复阿桑奇的自由。DAO于2021年12月10日开始在 Telegram 组中动员，这一天美国政府赢得了对英国法院禁止将阿桑奇引渡到美国的裁决的上诉。如果被引渡到美国，阿桑奇将因发布真实信息而面临175年监禁。
