PANews 4月25日消息，据羊城晚报报道，近日，广东省人民政府新闻办公室举行广东经济社会发展成就系列新闻发布会，省公安厅副厅长林伟雄表示，广东公安打击电信网络诈骗犯罪已经从“四断”转为“五断”。最新增加的“断包”，是指打击阻断利用数字人民币进行洗钱的新型犯罪行为，全力斩断技术支撑、通信通联、洗钱等各个犯罪链条，形成了强力震慑。
