PANews 4月30日消息，比利时金融监管机构周五在一份声明中表示，任何在比利时成立的法人实体如果想在比利时境内提供虚拟货币和法定货币之间的交易服务，或托管钱包服务，都必须提前在 FSMA 注册。
根据今年2月敲定的一项法律，目前已经在比利时运营的企业必须在6月之前通知监管机构。此举遵循被称为第五反洗钱指令的欧盟法律，旨在确保钱包提供商报告可疑活动。违法者可能会遭致一年的监禁或1万欧元（约合1.06万美元）的罚款。
