PANews 5月5日消息，据官方公告，开源数据平台Prisma宣布完成4000万美元B轮融资，Altimeter领投，Amplify Partners和Kleiner Perkins等参投，天使投资人包括Vercel、PlanetScale、GitHub和SourceGraph等公司的创始成员。
据悉，Prisma是一个开源数据平台，该平台旨在实现跨组织、跨团队的共享数据，以及前端、后端团队之间以及数据工程师、开发人员和业务分析师之间的数据共享。
