PANews 5月5日消息，灰度投资（Grayscale Investments）向美国证券交易委员会（SEC）就 Grayscale Horizen Trust、Grayscale Stellar Lumens Trust, 和 Grayscale Zcash Trust 提交 Form 10 注册文件，使得这些产品成为 SEC 报告公司。据悉，Grayscale Investments 目前拥有六种 SEC 报告产品，分别为 Grayscale Bitcoin Trust、Grayscale Bitcoin Cash Trust、Grayscale Digital Large Cap Fund、Grayscale Ethereum Trust、Grayscale Ethereum Classic Trust 和 Grayscale Litecoin Trust。
