PANews 5月9日消息，据俄罗斯媒体RBC报道，Coinbase一些俄罗斯用户已收到一封电子邮件，Coinbase通知他们将于5月31日封锁他们的账户。收到通知的用户必须在5月31日前证明自己不受制裁，如果无法证明，则必须撤回所有资金。如果不履行，账户中的资金可能会被冻结，未来转移到该账户的所有资产的访问权也将被阻止。
此前3月份消息，Coinbase屏蔽了超过25000个其认为从事非法活动的俄罗斯个人或实体有关的地址。
