PANews reported on November 20 that, according to Bitcoin Magazine, U.S. Congressman Warren Davidson introduced the "Bitcoin for America Act," which aims to codify the executive order on strategic Bitcoin reserves and eliminate capital gains tax on the use of Bitcoin for tax purposes.
