PANews reported on November 20 that, according to official sources, Japanese listed company Metaplanet announced it will issue $150 million worth of Class B perpetual preferred shares, "MERCURY," which will have a fixed annual dividend of 4.9% and a conversion price of 1,000 yen. The proceeds will be used to continue acquiring Bitcoin.
