12月25日，去中心化云计算区块链网络aelf官方发文宣布，第一个侧链“共享侧链”（shared side-chain）已成功部署在aelf主网上，并且已开源。这标志着aelf的多链结构已启动并正在运行。官方表示，这意味着aelf主网已进入启动2阶段，即主网改进之后，任何开发人员都可以在共享侧链上自由部署合约，以开发各种DApp。
