《浙江省数字经济促进条例》通过重点推进区块链等新型基础设施建设

1月2日消息，浙江省人大常委会审议通过了《浙江省数字经济促进条例》，为全国第一部促进数字经济发展的地方性法规。条例指出，重点推进新一代移动通信网、大数据中心、工业互联网、物联网、车联网、人工智能、区块链、卫星通信等新型数字基础设施建设，加快市政、交通、能源、电力、水利等传统基础设施的数字化改造。培育区块链、量子信息、柔性电子、虚拟现实等产业发展。鼓励有关部门依托物联网、区块链等技术，在教育、医疗、交通、邮政、生态环境保护、药品监管、工程建设、公共安全等重点领域推行监管智能化应用。
