1月14日，BSN官方公布BSN项目进展及1月31日网络更新所包含的相关内容。更新所包含的改进内容有：1.针对BSN国际，优化网站提升用户体验；3个月内适配9-12个公链，并在网站和公共城市节点上提供服务；启动已授权的区块链专用节点服务的测试版本；BSN链间通信枢纽(ICH)商业化等。2.针对BSN中国，优化网站提升用户体验；启动开放的许可区块链；基于BSN的IPFS专网商业化；BSN链间通信枢纽(ICH)商业化；启动已授权的区块链专用节点服务的测试版本等。此前消息，BSN宣布其中国官网将于1月31日正式推出开放许可链。
