中国裁判文书网数据显示，2020年与加密货币相关诉讼高达872起，从2014年开始收录加密行业相关案件诉讼起，从12起案件到2017年首次超过100起案件，增长速度也在加快。从案例性质来看，其中2020年与投资相关案件占有223起，非法占有占169起，民间借贷占87起，传销76起，融资相关51起，经济犯罪64起；其中刑事案由占409起，民事案由占457起。（华夏时报）
