1月31日，波卡中国社区PolkaWorld发布波卡周报。主要内容包括：目前，除了3个测试平行链，与Rococo中继链相连的有4个平行链，分别是Phala，Mandala，Plasm 和 KILT；波卡理事会已通过motion 56，将 Polkadot runtime 升级到 v27；Rococo -v1 分支已经更新，并且包含了新的Rococo链规范；Polkadot联合创始人Gavin Wood将Polkadot描述为一种Layer0技术，一种元协议，比比特币和以太坊更加抽象和灵活；Kusama理事会已经通过了motion 264，为增加子赏金（sub-bounties）功能的议案提供了资金。
