2月1日，合成资产发行平台Synthetix发推称，通常下一届Spartan理事会成员投票期将从今天开始。然而根据SIP-104，目前的投票者被锁定，直到三个新的投票功能发布：1. 投票被集成到Synthetix Staking dApp中；2. 斯巴达议会成员也对SIP（即关于协议的更复杂的更改）进行投票，而不仅仅是SCCP（即可配置的更改）；3.如果投票者不同意，则可稀释其代表对特定提案的投票权。Synthetix官方表示，将在这些功能发布后宣布下一个投票期。
