2月10日消息，欧洲央行执行董事会成员Fabio Panetta在接受采访时表示，欧洲央行可能对数字欧元个人持有量设置上限。Panetta表示，具体来说，这一上限可能设置在3000欧元左右（约3600美元）。他表示，这仍将满足大多数人的现金需求。（ecb.europa）
