2月10日消息，近日Reddit上的帖子显示，特斯拉狂买比特币1个月前就已被自称公司内部人士的Reddit用户披露出来了，现该帖子发布者已经表示，该帖子只是一个恶作剧。该帖子作者称：“我有一种预感，Elon（Elon Musk）将购买比特币，所以我创建了这个帖子。现在世界各地的报纸都在报道这件事，说实话，这有点好笑，也有点吓人。”（Sputnik News）
