2月11日消息，以太坊基金会研究员及开发者Danny Ryan在播客节目中表示，12月初活ETH 2.0主网成功激不是惊喜而是解脱。很有信心且看到主网发展顺利非常棒。与我们发布的一些测试网相比，信标链变得越来越好，主网的推出比任何一个都要成功。与此同时，Danny Ryan表示，在接下来的几个月里，他希望在Eth 2.0上看到一些修正、调整和改进。经过今年年中的升级，验证节点用于连接到网络的软件客户端的分布将会更加多样化。看起来网络上50%的节点都是Prysm，这并不是我们想要的结果，而当前以太坊2.0已经有四个非常棒的客户端。注：Danny Ryan提到的升级是指此前1月27日公布的ETH2.0预计将于年中进行一次小规模网络升级。（CoinDesk）
