PANews 3余18日消息，据The Block报道，美国肯塔基州的立法机关已经批准了两项拟议中的法律，旨在吸引美国的加密货币挖矿公司。两项法律分别为清洁能源激励措施和向挖矿公司提供税收优惠的措施。参议院于3月15日以29票对7票通过了税收优惠法案。
