35 apps including Zhipu Qingyan and Kimi were notified for illegally collecting user information

PANews reported on May 21 that according to Jiemian News, the National Cyber Security Reporting Center disclosed that 35 apps had problems with illegal collection and use of personal information, including popular AI apps such as Zhipu Qingyan and Kimi. Zhipu Qingyan was accused of collecting information beyond authorization, while Kimi was involved in obtaining information unrelated to the business. The detection period was from April 16 to May 15, and the platform was App Store. The two companies have not yet responded.
