PANews reported on September 19th that Binance announced on its X platform that to participate in River’s BuildKey TGE, users must meet the following Binance Alpha Points requirements:

• Phase 1 (BuildKey Subscription): A minimum of 209 Alpha Points is required, and 15 points will be deducted for participation.
• Phase 2 (BuildKey Transactions): At least 61 Alpha Points are required, and no points will be deducted for participation.
