PANews reported on January 5th that, according to Ember, a whale investor has made significant bets on gold assets over the past two months: at the end of October, he purchased 264.8 WBTC for approximately $30 million (average price $113,262), and is currently experiencing a floating loss of approximately $5.7 million; from the beginning of October to the present, he has purchased 2371.4 XAUt and 559.7 PAXG for $12.42 million (average price $4,239), and is currently experiencing a floating profit of approximately $410,000.
A whale (a speculator) has double-bet on both digital and physical gold; WBTC shows a floating loss, while XAUt shows a floating profit.
