Publicly listed DigiAsia plans to allocate up to 50% of its future profits to cryptocurrency holdings

PANews reported on May 19 that according to Webull, Fintech as a Service (FaaS) provider DigiAsia Corp. (NASDAQ: FAAS) announced its strategic move into the cryptocurrency field. The DigiAsia board of directors approved a policy to allocate up to 50% of the company's future profits to cryptocurrency holdings as part of its treasury strategy, which aims to enhance shareholder value through strategic asset diversification and capturing growth opportunities in the cryptocurrency market.
