DMG Blockchain, a listed crypto mining company, has acquired a 10 MW data center and paid a $5 million advance

PANews reported on February 26 that according to GlobalNewswire, listed crypto mining company DMG Blockchain announced that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with an undisclosed counterparty to acquire its 10-megawatt data center to support its deployment of Gen AI strategy. It is reported that the final agreement is expected to be completed within the next 90 days. DMG Blockchain has paid a US$5 million advance payment and will pay the remaining amount in accordance with the Gen AI computing power purchase agreement.
