PANews reported on December 28th that, according to on-chain analyst Yu Jin, following the approval of Uniswap's fee burning proposal two days ago, 100 million UNI tokens (worth $596 million) were burned from the Uniswap treasury at 4:30 AM today. According to the proposal, subsequent fees collected by Uniswap will also be used for UNI burning.
