Earlier news , ChaofanShou tweeted that the market maker/creator of the LIBRA token has a direct connection with Arunkumar Sugadevan and another Indian serial pool withdrawal scammer, and suspected whether KelsierVenture outsourced the token issuance to an Indian company.
