According to Downdetector data, after 3:30 pm Eastern Time, the number of reports of failures in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure services surged. More than 37,000 people reported Outlook failures, about 24,000 reported Microsoft 365 service failures, and about 150 users reported that their Teams accounts were unavailable. According to Downdetector's report, the most concentrated failures occurred in New York, Chicago and Los Angeles.
