PANews reported on December 12th that, according to CryptoQuant analyst OnChain, Ethereum's price has only approached the average cost price of whales holding at least 100,000 ETH four times in the past five years. Two of these occurred during the 2022 bear market, and the other two this year. Currently, the ETH price is once again approaching this level.
