PANews reported on February 15 that according to Onchain Lens monitoring, a certain address spent 28,740 SOL, worth $5.75 million, to purchase 2.29 million LIBRA. It is currently facing a floating loss of $4.34 million. The wallet also received 650,000 LIBRA from the Deployer wallet, which was later transferred to another wallet.
