Pakistan’s Crypto Minister Talks Bitcoin with New York Mayor and Wall Street Giant Cantor Fitzgerald

PANews June 6 news, according to Cointelegraph, Pakistan's Minister of State for Cryptocurrency and Blockchain Affairs Bilal Bin Saqib seems to be interested in cooperating with Wall Street. An X post published by the Pakistan Cryptocurrency Commission on June 6 showed that Saqib met with Brandon Lutnick, chairman and CEO of Cantor Fitzgerald, a global financial services company. A video in another post showed that he also met with New York City Mayor Eric Adams, who recently said he would ensure the issuance of Bitcoin bonds in the city. The meeting with Lutnick followed his company's recent increase in interest in cryptocurrencies. The two reportedly discussed "tokenization, Bitcoin mining, the future of Web3 in Pakistan, and ways to cooperate."

Earlier on June 4, Bilal Bin Saqib held an important meeting with Robert 'Bo' Hines, executive director of the U.S. President's Digital Asset Advisory Committee, at the White House to discuss digital assets, Bitcoin integration and decentralized infrastructure cooperation.
