PANews reported on December 11 that, according to Jinshi Data, the number of initial jobless claims in the United States for the week ending December 6 reached 236,000, the highest since the week ending September 6, 2025. The expected number was 220,000, and the previous figure was revised from 191,000 to 192,000.
