PANews reported on May 13 that Yuga Labs has transferred all intellectual property rights of CryptoPunks to the non-profit organization Infinite Node Foundation (NODE). NODE is committed to the preservation, exhibition and research of digital art, and plans to incorporate CryptoPunks into the mainstream art context through cooperation with global art institutions. The foundation will open a permanent exhibition hall and exhibit a full set of 10,000 Punk works. This is the first time that a non-profit organization has acquired a large-scale Internet native art IP.
