PANews reported on November 8th that Hourglass tweeted that the second phase of deposits for the Stable Vault is now closed, with a total deposit of approximately $1.8 billion and about 26,000 participating wallets. KYC links will be distributed in the next few hours. Once the link is active, each wallet will have 72 hours to complete verification.
