PANews reported on January 9th that, according to Jinshi, the preliminary reading of the US one-year inflation rate expectation for January was 4.2%, lower than the expected 4.1% and the previous reading of 4.20%. The preliminary reading of the University of Michigan Consumer Sentiment Index for January was 54, lower than the expected 53.5 and the previous reading of 52.9.
The preliminary reading for the US one-year inflation rate in January was 4.2%, compared to a forecast of 4.1%.
