Finnish police seize $2.6 million worth of luxury watches from Hex founder Richard Heart

PANews reported on January 8 that according to Finnish national broadcaster Yle, Finnish police seized about $2.6 million worth of luxury watches from Hex founder Richard Schueler (also known as Richard Heart) at a home in Espoo, including 20 watches, most of which were Rolex. He was wanted for suspected tax evasion across the country.

This action is related to Interpol's previous red warrant for Schueler . He was accused of tax evasion, violent assault on minors, and misusing $12 million raised from the Hex project to buy luxury goods. In addition, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) accused him of raising more than $1 billion through unregistered securities such as Hex, and claimed that the high returns promised by his crypto project were unrealistic.
