PANews reported on December 18th that Ondo Finance has announced the launch of the Ondo cross-chain bridge for on-chain securities. The Ondo cross-chain bridge is now available on Ethereum and BNB Chain, enabling cross-chain transfers of over 100 stock tokens and ETF tokens. Built in partnership with LayerZero, the bridge is secured by a network of decentralized validator nodes (DVNs), including Canary Protocol, and implemented through Stargate. It offers the following functionalities: cross-chain transfer of Ondo stock tokens and ETF tokens at 1:1 asset parity; easy addition of Ondo asset support to applications on Ethereum and BNB Chain; and rapid, large-scale expansion to other Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) compatible chains.
