PANews reported on May 28 that Bitmain released the new generation Antminer S23 Hydro mining machine at the 2025 World Digital Mining Summit, with an energy efficiency ratio of 9.5 J/TH. The water-cooled model has a computing power of 580 TH/s and a power consumption of 5510W. In response to the decline in demand for mining machines, Bitmain launched installment payments (40% down payment + 30% twice) and Bitcoin pledge financing plans. Early orders will enjoy a preferential price of US$30 per T computing power, and after adding promotional coupons, the actual payment will be US$25.5/TH. The first batch of equipment is expected to be shipped in the first quarter of 2026.
