PANews reported on February 19 that according to Spot On Chain monitoring, a whale has deposited a net 23,330 ETH (worth $61.9 million) into Binance at a price of about $2,654 in the past four days. However, its entry and exit timing does not seem ideal, often accumulating at highs and selling at lows.
