据人民网9月11日消息，浙江大学区块链研究中心常务副主任蔡亮表示，应对发展过程中出现的数据确权、数据安全、隐私保护、流通监管等关键问题，建议大力发展安全、自主、可控的区块链技术平台，积极探索这一技术在改造和提升传统产业、服务于供应链金融、数字身份、慈善捐助等方面的融合应用。
