由国家信息中心、中国移动、中国银联和北京红枣科技共同发起的区块链基础设施网络区块链服务网络(BSN)今天在厦门举行的《国际区块链+商业未来发展峰会》上宣布，将携同火币集团在 9 月底之前正式启动“BSN 开放联盟链”项目，以推动公有链技术在中国境内以合法、合规、 符合监管要求的方式健康发展。据了解，BSN 开放联盟链项目将由 BSN 发展联盟、火币集团和一家大型云服务商联合运营，将在 9 月底之前正式启动，预计在2020年11月中旬上线。北京红枣科技CEO、BSN发展联盟常务理事何亦凡介绍，开放联盟链可以理解为公有链增加了节点的权限控制，并且取消了用虚拟币支付 GAS 的机制，从而形成了联盟链的形态。这是目前实现让公链项目在合法合规、 符合监管要求的前提下进入中国市场的现实选择，也是最直接和有效的路径。
