9月18日，挖矿项目harvest.finance疑似出现Bug，社群用户表示，当用户使用fWETH兑换WETH时，打入fWETH，但是并未转出WETH。有用户表示，harvest的合约写错了净值计算公式，导致之前提币用户把harvest存在CREAM的ETH掏空了。
