据官方消息，MakerDAO通过执行投票，将Dai全局债务上限提高至12亿，以进一步增加市场流动性： 1. 将USDC债务上限由2亿提高至4亿； 2. 将USDC清算线由103%降低至101%； 3. 将PAX清算线由103%降低至101%； 4. 激活新的TUSD抵押品，债务上限为5000万，清算线为101%。 此外，基础稳定费率提高2%。正式生效时间为北京时间2020年9月19日15时53分。
