近日，北京大学数字金融研究中心副主任黄卓表示：“Libra和中国央行数字货币吹响了全球数字货币竞争的序曲。重点在于谁能更好的改善跨境支付、结算和汇款问题。”展望未来全球数字货币竞争的前景，他认为有两种可能性：一种就是有很多种主权数字货币，形成一个新的多边协议和技术架构，代替现在所有的结构；第二种是，在这个基础上还有一种超主权的数字货币，比如由IMF牵头来形成一种新的数字货币。
