BHB大漠传销案在青神县人民法院9月1日公开审理，被告人有李仁兵、王玉刚、陈宏亮、鲁江南、赵敏。以组织领导传销活动罪，对被告人李仁兵（大漠）判处有期徒刑7年，并处罚金人民币300万元。此前曾报道，以区块链、虚拟货币为名义的资金盘项目BHB主要负责人刁某某已被青神县公安局刑事拘留，案件正在进一步侦办中。
