PANews reported on November 12th that, according to an official announcement, Binance will launch a limited-time USDT-margined contract market maker program starting at 08:00 (UTC+8) on November 12th, 2025. From 17:00 (UTC+8) on November 13th, 2025, all eligible contract market makers will receive an additional 0.05 basis points of market maker rebate daily for BTCUSDT perpetual contracts. The program will run from 08:00 (UTC+8) on November 12th, 2025 until further notice.
