随着深圳数字人民币测试的进行。近日，中办、国办联合发布《深圳建设中国特色社会主义市场经济先行示范区综合改革试点实施方案（2020-2025）》。文件中提到，数字人民币目前不能出境，不能买卖黄金和美元，只能内部流通。但可在资本市场流通，包括在房地产市场，甚至股票投资者的买卖交易。
