Filecoin官方核心开发者Molly通过Slack社区宣布了最新的FIP 0003提案和FIP 0004提案，其中FIP 0004提案涉及到代币释放规则。该提案建议在主网上线之后，25%的存储矿工区块奖励直接释放，另外75%奖励仍然按180天线性释放。此举旨在提升Filecoin主网的流动性。
