10月19日凌晨，李笑来发微博表示，“我两年前于2018年8月起诉陈伟星诽谤的案件，杭州互联网法院于2020年年初一审判我胜诉，陈伟星不服，提出上诉。今天二审结果出来了，维持原判。此事告一段落。对我来讲翻篇了。”
