据dailyhodl消息，去中心化交易平台（DEX）2020年第三季度的月平均交易量增长了惊人的197％，而同期中心化交易所(CEXs)的月平均交易量仅增长了35%。CoinGecko报告称，DEX的交易量增加主要是由于8月份的DeFi炒作达到顶峰，以及诸如SushiSwap之类新DEX的推出。然而，CoinGecko注意到，中心化交易所仍占交易量的大部分。
